Plastic Farm ~ Timeline

To avoid major spoilers, this timeline only reflects certain events through the 7th issue of Plastic Farm. A much more detailed and complete version of this timeline will appear in each Plastic Farm publication as a "previously in Plastic Farm" recap.

1963

August ~ Two farmers on the brink of starvation find a colony of hippies living a few miles from their home. (pf3)

1967

March ~ Jack Hallaway and Emily Watson, two students at Haven High School, fall in love. (pf4)

1973

All damn year ~ Jonathan Picanos kills a lot of religious folks. (pf2)

1974

July ~ Jonathan Picanos, a convicted serial killer, is sent to Greybridge State Psychiatric Hospital. He spends less than a year in captivity before making a daring escape in mid-1975. (pf2)

1975

June ~ Picanos escapes Greybridge and is later caught. He is executed later that year. (pf2)

July/August ~ Greybridge Psychiatric shuts down. CEO implicated in escape. (pf2)

December ~ Greybridge Hospital is purchased by The Brethren, a strict fringe religious group. Greybridge is converted and re-opened as a school for "troubled youth" (pf2)

1976

March ~ Chester Carter is born. (pf2)

April ~ Baby Chester is abandoned and ends up at the new Greybridge School. (pf2)

1988

May ~ The offspring of the released Greybridge mental patients come to Greybridge School where they beat the shit out of Chester. Chester copes by writing stories about a cowboy named The Kamikaze Kid, who he also dreams about. (pf2)

September ~ Chester meets the Ghost of Jonathan Picanos. Later, he attempts suicide. (pf2)

December ~ Detectives Frank Gorman and Benito Fortini stakeout a hand-off of medical files to a man known only as "The Big Guy". The stake-out ends badly as both Gorman and Fortini are killed. (pf3)

1989

March ~ Jack Hallaway begins his vigil on the beach after his wife's plane goes missing after a freak hurricane. (pf4)

1990-1994

Chester Carter recovers from his sucide attempt. He is adopted by the Thompson family and attends Haven High School in New Jersey where he begins to lose his mind. During an attack made on him by three former "students" of Greybridge School, a strange force takes over his mind. Frank and Benny return from the dead and fuck with him. (pf6)
